Water glasses were dirty and my meal wasn't great but we were a group of old friends and needed to reconnect after a long while of being away so it was a good meeting after all.

Our experience was okay. The music was loud which made it hard to understand our server as she had an accent. Also, the table was very dark and it was kind of hard to read the menu, a candle at least would have been nice. Our food was fresh and hot but I found the mashed potatoes to be a little “sticky”. Perhaps a misunderstanding with our server , but we sat there waiting for our bill for a longtime. I would probably give it another try though.

Food was Good and so was service a nice experience overall, the only set back was choice of Tables when booking we ended up between other couples which were a foot away, it felt very cramped and not very relaxing. You should have table choice if available which there seemed to be lots of when we were there, several booths were empty.

I come to t Milestones a lot. The service is usually good unfortunately this last time was very poor. We waited for our drinks for a long time until I had cancelled the last order.

Went to celebrate birthday and indicated it on the reservation as well told hostess when asked if we were celebrating anything. I guess they don't do anything special for that.

Suggestion The Burrata needs to be changed a bit in my opinion. Way too much bread on the plate, the burrata was overpowered with pesto ( the salt on top was not needed ) the onion confit did not go with the overall dish. Maybe add cherry tomatoes Fresh peach Sun dried tomatoes Fresh basil

We went an hour before happy hour ended, felt like our server could've been more attentive. She should've came by and checked if we wanted anything else before happy hour ended but from 5:30pm to 6:10pm she was no where to be seen. Other than that, food was pretty good. We got tuna tacos, artichoke dip and thai chicken bites.

We came here on New Year's Eve, as they had their hours posted to be open until midnight. So we decided it would be nice to ring in the new year at the restaurant. We arrived for our reservation, and host did not inform us that they changed their closing hours. We then had one server take our order, and other come 2 minutes later and ask us if we were ready to order...? Why did our servers get changed randomly and they didn't tell us? It wasn't even busy. Anyways she tells us that last call for food is 10:30pm. When I asked why, she nonchalantly said that they close at 11. Like... why are you promoting that you're open for the first time until midnight and then not even commit to that. The new ownership is very wishy washy and this used to be our favourite restaurant for big occasions. I think that needs to change. Very disappointed to say the least.

My wife and I celebrated New Year's there. Great service and food served hot. I especially loved the Caesar salad (one of the best) and ordered the 4 course New Years special.

The Prime Rib dinner was delicious as was the appy and desert. Our server was oh so pleasant and took time to stop and chat with us. One of the best dining experiences in a very long time. Definately value for your money!
I've eaten there before and normally the food is good. But my steak was very dry. And both my vegetables and those that my sister ordered were very undercooked. I'm not even sure if they were cooked at all. Service was great though.

I've lived in the Guildford/Fleetwood area for over 10 years now and have frequented Guildford mall hundreds of times over that time but not once have I gone to eat at Milestones. Truthfully, I didn't think the experience of eating at Milestones would be worth my time and money. I was completely wrong. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was made super fresh, tasty and hot. How hot our food had arrives tells me that it wasn't sitting at the pass for too long and their timing for completing all of our entries at the same time was spot on. Honestly, Indon't think I've ever been served a burger that hot before... ever. Our server, Mattias, was probably one of the best servers we've ever had in recent memory if not in the past 4-5 years. He was quick to check on us throughout dinner multiple, multiple times and seemed like he truly enjoyed his job. I couldn't be more wrong about my initial impression of Milestones Guildford and would definitely go back in the future.

The service was good, our server did a good job and giving us time to catching up before ordering! She wasn't pushy or ever made us feel we needed to rush. However the challenge I had was the service from the front staff. The young lady who greeted me, seemed unhappy to be at work. She did try to engage me in conversation, by asking how my day was, but it was more a formality in my opinion. She seated me at a table, and I was waiting for my friend to arrive. After waiting for her for 10 minutes, I texted my friend (it was unusual for her to be that late) to see if she was already seated and where I was sitting in the restaurant. She quickly came to find me, as the young lady at the front told her I wasn't even there yet. How is it when a customer checks in, who has a reservation, that it is not stated in the computer system? My friend should not have had to wait 10 minutes in the front, and it is disappointing to me. I have patroned this restaurant many times before, with and without a reservation, and I have never had this happen before. Next time, if given the choice, I would reconsider having a meal here.

I'm feeling that for the price I'm not sure we get the value anymore. Seems every time I come in it's getting more expensive and I'm not sure the quality of food has improved

The drinks were horrible. The bellini was literally ice. The calamari was overcooked. The tacos were fine. Basically for the cost of the food didn't match the price for it. Milestones needs an entire revamp.
