They close a whole hour early. and its not because of the snow....every single other store in the same complex is open and people are buying normally. The city removed most snow since morning. They dont even put a notice on google maps or even at their door. And this is not the first time. i went last time were there wasnt even snow and the same thing happened again. This branch manager has to be fired.

We visited the dessert place at 8pm, after 10 minutes we placed order at the cashier. The staff was very rude and impatience, he told us to order quickly, and said he was about to close. However the business hour says it opens till 9pm.We ordered an Oreo Bingsoo, a strawberry Bingsoo, and some Taiyaki. Taiyaki is good. But the Oreo tastes nothing special, just shaved ice with crushed Oreo and piece of Oreo on top. Not feel like it worths CAD14.

Ordered the injeolmi bingsoo and they cheap out on the toppings. I only had 5 tiny pieces of rice cake. the taiyaki is good.

The guy behind the counter was talking on the phone and he didn’t care about costumers line up. I Ordered the mango bingsoo and Oreo one both of them are tasteless just ate shaved ice and canned diced mango. Sorry Not worth it.

It was really sorry taste. I ordered a redbean bingsu. But that food has some black beans, and syrup instead of canned milk. And no ice cream. It was looking new but tastes was ?… I had a bad experience in here. ?I don’t want to give recommendations.
I really love bingsoo and taiyaki and have tried 3 separate snowy village locations Langley (perm closed), Coquitlam (best) and surrey (worst). The owner works alone and is hard working but his customer service is abysmal to say the least...I've made attempts to make small talk and be friendly but he just seems to want to have nothing to do with his customers. I'd even go as far yo say he seems genuinely annoyed you have come to give him buisness. Customer service aside the bingsoo itself has the bare minimum toping added while other locations give you a abundance in toppings.This location is the closest too me but I'd still rather go to Coquitlam for a better experience.*editThey have now employed a new person to work front end who has excellent customer service skills! Very happy with the changes they made :)

My kids and I got there at 7:30pm. They close at 8:00pm. The guy there said it's only takeout option now so we ended up doing that since my kids were really looking forward to it. Told him we can eat quickly but he said no and it's only take out. It's pretty poor customer service and poor business etiquette. We did half flavors and I can't believe it cost more since they're not adding more fruits, rather reducing one of them to put a 2nd flavor of fruit in. The experience of it was definitely not the same when you take it home to eat. And as mentioned from a previous reviewer....also no whip cream on top.Fair to say I will not being giving them any more business.
The server was rude. He didn't let us eat portion of our pick up even I give sufficient tip on the bill. Don't want to come back again.

Does not accept credit cards!!! Only debits & cash because apparently they are too cheap to pay for bank fees. Man at counter is always rude and unprofessional. Will never buy their desserts ever again!!
