I ordered from the mobile app, 12-15 customers who entered after me and ordered from the Kiosk got their orders and left.I asked the lady staff member there and she mentioned that my order is in the queue.After enquiring 3 times and with little frustration that why it's taking longer than expected as the other people got the exact same order as mine so the possibility of any ingredient being out of stock wasn't there.The app mentioned estimated time of order as 2:17pm.I got mine at 2:44pm.Then they found the order slip and fulfilled my order.Truly frustrating experience

Gotta love paying for customizations and not receiving them on my drink, yeah it’s only like an extra dollar but frappes are not cheap to begin with… parking lot was full so I had to park across the street. By the time I got back to the vehicle and noticed there was no caramel drizzle that I paid for I was disappointed. Wasn’t going to walk all the way back at 39 weeks pregnant. If I ever come back here I guess I will have to really look at my drink before leaving to make sure I’m getting what I paid for, thought I could trust Starbucks but I guess not.
The morning staff here are super solid. Drinks get made really quick and always have been consistent.Parking is a bit of an issue with the small lot the property but that is not something starbucks can really affect.I would like to see an upgrade to the patio chairs, tables, design in the future.Great work by the staff, always. Yall are appreciated.

I'm not a Starbucks fan, but do enjoy a pastry or snack sometimes. Just happened upon it, and pulled in. The property it is on, is very depressing, as the other tenants make it look trashy and degrading.However, the staff and inside were wonderful, friendly and attentive.I will visit this location again to staff.The owner of the property NEEDS to put money INTO cleaning the area up and making it presentable.
