Came here and stood in front of the counter when there was nobody behind me to stand in line by the baristas chatting amongst themselves. Had to stand behind four other people because I stood 2 steps ahead of where the person taking orders was, despite being there before them (because the staff asked me to, instead of serving me first) - as a fan of Starbucks training and culture, I can see the staff at this location need way more cultural training and empathy.Disappointed!
