The service was really good and nice so were the drinks. I asked one of the staff who was taking our order for recommendations and they gave us a secret drink it was really good. Overall the atmosphere, drinks, services and the staff all were really good.

Popped by with my daughter to spend our coupons. Ordered two sandwiches. We got our drinks sure but they forgot about our sandwiches and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the food. Then, just as we sit down( the other employee says “it’s closing time and we need to ‘kick you out’”. Wouldn’t even give us an extra five minutes to eat. So we had to grab our falling apart sandwiches and eat them outside in the rain. These millennials. They are in for a rude awakening to see what the world is like without customers. Their whole generation is lost. The entitlement and lack of compassion and consideration is shocking and sad. It’s safe to say I won’t drop a dime on this ghastly chain of restaurants, due to their exorbitant rates in the first place and the fact that customers do not seem to mean very much there. Tim Hortons for me.

On July 18th around 4pm my daughter went in to get a pup cup for our dog as it was unwell, the ladies working the counter figured out what was happening and were super supportive and made a horrible day a little bit better.thank you for being so kind and considerate, it meant more than you could know !
