The barrister's are more friendly than Tim Hortons. The coffee is almost the same price anyways because of inflation these days. I highly recommend it. The gift cards there are pretty cool.

Service is too slow. I ordered a drink at 4:32 yesterday and i need to see someone in restaurant near by at 5PM. I waited for my drink till 4:55 and it was still not made so i took a refund and left. (it was only 3-4 customers in front of me).

The service is really poor the employee Linka is really slow and no standards are maintained and this Starbucks is worst in being organized and in their hygiene standards. This place doesn’t even have every thing and we stood in the line for 15 minutes and we were not even welcomed with a smile. My experience was so rough and bitter like my coffee that I was served.

Cramped indoor space, although beyond the employees control.They take forever for mobile orders. Half the time they set it ready and I’ll walk in and it’s not there. I usually have to wait another 5 or so minutes, after already waiting for the “your order is ready” notification.Every time I order the vanilla sweet cream cold foam, an extra $1.25 on top of the already pricey drinks, this location always skimps out on it, giving me half of what other locations normally give.When I ask for my drink half sweet I get what tastes like no sweetener. I usually order a grande iced matcha latte with an extra scoop of matcha powder, so 4 scoops rather than the standard 3. This location never seems to get that right though. When I ask for 4 scoops they put what tastes like 5 or more. And then I ask for the standard 3 it tastes barely of matcha at all.Employees also never acknowledge me when I come to pick up my mobile order. I always make sure to say thank you when picking up my drink, but they never reciprocate at this location. At almost every other Starbucks I’ve been to, except for the odd time during a busy rush, the employees are always cheerful or at the very least acknowledge me. I’m not looking for a conversation, just a simple “hello” or “thank you” or “have a great day.” Even a smile. I work in customer service too, so I know you don’t always want to, but it’s kinda part of the job.

Drinks are always made correctly, but never promptly or paired with staff friendliness. I've been to this location many times - each and every time the staff are talking amongst themselves, ignoring customers, and it takes a long time to get your order. Unsure why this is as there's no drive thru at this location, but who knows.

Took about 15 minutes for 1 coffee. It was during a crazy rush. Service was great, bathroom was clean. Small space for everyone waiting. The coffee tasted absolutely horrible. It was not made well and that was incredibly disappointing after waiting so long. Maybe just a 1

There is no button for people with disabilities to easily access the store, although there is a table, set aside outside for designated for disability people. It would be difficult for someone in a wheelchair coming by on their own if there is no button to press to open the door. Persons on a wheelchair will have to rely on other people to open the door for them.Also, I ordered two separate transactions, and I only received one visit reward for the two transactions.
