It was my first time visiting this location about a week ago towards closing. The owner ST just happened to be in the store that day. I placed an order through the mobile app and when I arrived ST pulled me aside and apologized because his staff did bake enough bread to make my order for my family. He was very apologetic and ended up giving me a full refund PLUS gave me 5 free coupons for a 6inch sandwich to his store. Subway it's always fresh the servers always have a smile on your face and it's always clean the washrooms is always clean real good place to go with your family or a quick bite to eat
