I've been coming to this Subway every week for the past two years and it is by far the best fast food service I've received. The staff are always super friendly and get my sub right every time. Only subway I go to in the area!

Service was rude! I will never visit that location again. The young lady who was working was extremely rude when asking if there was someone else to help her with Orders since the wait was extremely long. She said the other women in the back in the because she’s had a long day. And that was it! Strange.

Order from the app a few times from this location and they managed to get the order completely wrong with no fix. First time I ordered a rice bowl with chicken and bacon. No bacon no rice. Their response was oh that you for your feedback we’ll do better next time. Except they omitted items I paid for. (Not like asking for. NO pickles and getting pickles)Second order not more than two weeks later had a host of items on it I didn’t request.Funny it only happens at THIS subway.

I recieved FOOD POISONING from this place from getting the tuna, on Monday Jan 22 at night. I threw up and could not stop dry heaving and could not hold anything down. Will never come back.

I had an extremely disappointing service experience at this particular Subway due to the unhelpful attitudes of two girls working there. Their service left much to be desired, and it greatly impacted my overall experience negatively.

The girls who works here are so rude, I went to pick up my online order, they leave the food behind the counter so I couldn’t see it, so I asked them and the girl sounds like it’s right there how can you not see it.

So I was there in today having my veggie sub ready.. they were putting just few strips of onions and peppers like really low of veggies for that when I asked if its the standard amount then the girl started yelling at me like if you want more veggies then say please can I have more veggies.. I was just being so nice and generous no doubt people are calling the girls rude here.. worst ever experience at any subway.
To store mangers/owners: if you don’t take further actions training your employees well, your business won’t last long. Employees were so rude to my kids. Two people working were talking and laughing loudly in their language. No more coming to this store again.

Stopped by today to get my son a sub. When I first came in the ladies that work there were in the midst of cleaning one part of the counter. They saw me and wẹre speaking to each other in another language and did not acknowledge me. I finally asked for a sub and one of the ladies helped me while the other one was cleaning the counter and tubs area that the food is held. As she was making the order she placed it on the counter right next to where the other was cleaning and tossing frozen water from the tubs holding area to the garbage. All the tubs wẹre open and exposed as she tossed the debris from the tub holding section she was cleaning. I asked the one lady to move my sandwich please from this area. She did but she then just spoke to the other lady in the other language. I almost left as it was pretty unsanitary but my sandwich was ok. If i owned this shop I would do some rudimentary training in both customer service and foodsafe. She cleaned the plastic counter insets first and then was cleaning the dirty tubs holder area and pulling the dirty water over the clean plastic insets. Doubt wẹ will go there again

What a disappointment! My first time went to this location and it was awful.. the lady name, Keerthi was really rude.. she raised her voice when I informed her nicely to change her hand gloves.. she showed her face with attitude in front of my 2 children and other customers as well. When I came to the cashier, the lady in the cashier was nice and polite. I asked her what's the other lady's name. She told me " Keerthi".. Suddenly, Keerthi left her customers behind and came to me at the cashier and started arguing with me which is ridiculous!! I would not even want to give one star. Horrible customer service. Store manager, pls take note.. this gonna be a red flag for your stores. Read others review to, most of them related to customer service which I personally think, could be the same lady I had the worse experience with.
