All in all i would give 0 stars. The 6 inch sub was suppose to be grilled ad it wasn’t grilled first of all. Then when i tried to eat it the bread was stale and hard that I couldn’t take a bite. I called the store to complain why it was sent this way the two girls working there around 9pm on jan 14th didn’t tell me their name and disagreed to what i said. One of them did ask me to come to the store and discuss it there but why would i choose delivery and pay extra $5 if I could go grab a sandwich myself. Worst service and product. Big time disappointment.

I walked in just after they opened on Monday morning- barely human- and I was greeted by the most smiley cheerful lady. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and she never lost her cheerful demeanour. Really started my day/week off right. Food was what I expect, but the pleasant service is what is hard to find. Thank you.

I ordered Uber eats and they didn't put any of the veggies I ordered. Just meat and cheese. Good as garbage now I'm starving thanks subway you guys are the absolute worst location I have ever dealt with. Happens all the time here where they do it completely wrong. It's not hard to make a sandwich. You guys get paid too much to slap meat on bread.

We were refused service 1 hour before closing time because the lady was too lazy to make bread… I have never seen anything like this… not 5 minutes… 1 whole hour before closing!! I have never seen someone care so little about their work.

The friendliest stuff and great customer service. This is the only location I go to even if it’s a little bit out of my way because of the quality of service there. Subs are made with a lot of attention and care as well.

I love subway but their customer service is really bad and that’s at all their locations. The girls we’re talking to each other in Punjabi about me because I was just kept asking to change her gloves. Each time I go to subway I order a gluten free sandwich and they look at me like I asked them something illegal and when I say can they please change their gloves and use a clean knife they get mad and their tone totally changes. They should be aware or trained properly and have a separate section for celiac people since it’s very common disease and specifically train their employees and educate but now days it’s just about making money not about giving a good service and customers doesn’t matter. This would probably my last time at subway never going back to any of their locations.
