I used to go here all the time, staff were super friendly and inviting. I was on a first name basis with them as I worked across the street. About 2yrs ago I went in for my regular lunch and one of the staff who I have never seen before said to me "what do you want?". Bad service, staff seemed poorly trained and bad hygiene. Place was dirty and didn't smell like a normal subway. I also saw a fly hovering around the meat and veggies. I didn't feel like ordering anything after.
