Wanted to try something different earlier this week and Sumerian Grill hit the spot. Had the kebab medley whick came with a salad and lavash bread. Meats were really tender even when this was a take out. Chicken was not dry either. Only thing is the lamb chops were slightly chewy (though considering this is a take out order, it was reasonable still). I did love the rice that was super fluffy and paired nicely with the grilled meats.Never had lavash bread but, this was actually really good too. It comes with a yogurt dip and matches very well with the bread. I suggest eating this right away when its fresh. I found it got chewy and a little tougher after a bit of time.Would love to dine in here next time instead of take out!

A hidden gem in Whalley. Honestly, I was a little skeptical walking in but the food and service are exceptional. The young lady who took our order kept checking in to see how we we're going. The beef/lamb and chicken kebabs were so flavourful and cooked perfectly, so tender!I'd highly recommend :)

Came for the first time here and it was worth trying it for first time. The food has very nice spices and not spicy at all. Tastes definitely fresh and hot. meat is so tender and not dry at all. Very good customer service and nice staff. The oven they have is awesome and lastly but not least the lavash bread woah hot, puffy, and freshly baked. definitely recommend it and will be back for sure.

Went there group of 3 ordered skewer kebab and skewer chicken also mixed kebab platter and a chicken Shish and humus. We were served with this huge puffy Turkish bread which is called lavash bread. It came straight from the oven to the table and the taste you can’t imagine how good it is. The staff were so kind and great customer service. Washrooms are very clean. We’ll definitely be back again. It’s worth giving it a try.
