ad customer service. I called to place an order for a family size platter and when I asked for the price the guy who answered the phone pretty much said I should have found out the price before I called. I hung up and got 2 family platters from the sushi place across the street from them. It's never ok to be rude to your customer.

Ordered a California Roll with real crab and a Spicy Tuna Roll. The later was literally just a tuna roll with hot sauce dumped on it, not even spicy mayo.

Ordered some takeout one night that I just wanted to chill in my hotel room. Quick online order of a few rolls plus a miso soup is what was submitted. The rolls were fresh filling and tasty. Just love the seeet yam roll and BC roll. Ordered some salmon sashimi also and it was on point. When in BC one must indulge in West coast salmon. Definitely a good place quick and efficient. Would be 5 stars but I honestly hate that they are completely closed an hour during lunch. It’s inconvenient, you can’t order pick up or Uber even at this time. I’ve gone countless times because I forget that every single day they close for an hour. Definitely turning away business. Probably better if everyone takes lunch breaks during the day instead of all at once.
