Don’t order Ubereats with them, they messed up my order and no solution whatsoever. I got up charged for my sashimi WITHOUT my consent and they gave me wild salmon instead pf Atlantic (allergy did call them but no substitution was offered) and trying to blame me…couldn’t eat it ruined my dinner and all money goes to waste. If you charge people extra at least do it right and properly and their portion for sashimi is worst small compare to many sushi ones i tried!!!

First time trying here yesterday, food was actually great. I really enjoy the food especially the chicken yakisoba. However, when I had my last bite of the yakisoba, we found a rubber piece that was definitely not edible in the food. Very disappointing to find this in a good place where we enjoy the food. I hope the restaurant have a good explanation for this.

Ordered twice here, First time spent over $85 and paid $10 tip on a pick up and the boy still made me pay for a paper bag and only gave me one chopstick and one soy sauce. He looked at the bill, saw I tipped $10 push the bag towards me and walked away. No thank you, no Have a great evening nothing. I understand everywhere is charging for bags now but when your a restaurant and you’re getting paid $100 on a pick up order I think you can throw in a paper bag to take the food away, These are not reusable bags. How else am I supposed to carry it? The chicken teriyaki don is more than 50% onion it had to be thrown away because you can’t even pick the white onion out, it is mushed in with the rice. It was just too disgusting. The chicken was so burnt it was like crisp there was no chicken left $20 for this. Beef Don was undercooked and made my wife extremely sick She threw everything up right away and got food poisoning. Sushi rolls were very fishy and dry. We threw away the very fishy ones because I think they were bad even the dry ones were not fresh.Gave them a second try even though I shouldn’t have for a work event as I thought maybe it was an off night. Big mistake, spent over $120 again tip $10 on a pick up same boy same thing made me pay for a paper bag looked at the tip pushed it towards me no thank you just walks away. I felt ripped off and thought I would make a complaint when I called in and told them the guy hung up on me. I will not try this place again I don’t wanna die and would not wish or recommend this restaurant on my worst enemy. I don’t believe the positive reviews. There’s a reason every time you call even at busy dinner time they can have your large order done in 10 minutes. Rude staff and spoiled old food, no customer service and don’t care about customers or what they feed people.

Very tasty food, cozy shop. Nice location, the guy I spoke with was sooo kind. Highly recommend this place, come here!!!Vegetarian options: Sushi and spring rolls and their noodles have vegetarian options. All very yummy and delicious and no feeling of missing the good menu items!Parking: Little driveway through the stores on the side of the street where you can park your car. Not for long maybe but definitely long street to park your car along unless there are signs.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible to wheelchairs, smooth pavement everywhere and very comfortable rise in the flat pavement to the restaurant entrance. Also smooth pavement to the sidewalk as well

you guys got to stop asking if we need utensil we all do. cant be cheap just because other times we say no its ok. Next time even if you didn't ask us doesn't mean you don't give napkins and chopstick, how am I suppose to eat man with no chopstick man give me at least 1 and a few napkins. This little things killed me man I don't know if ill ever go back to Sushi Plus. You guys are little pricy lets be honest don't be afraid to spare the utensils to customers don't ask just give because you make us feel uneasy

The Good - I have yet to come across a better Sushi place than this one in Surrey. Their Mango Roll is my favorite. Must try if you like a little taste of Tang & Sweetness in your sushi. Add on a spicy mayo and you're golden. Their Vegetable roll would be a close second for me. ( I only like Veg sushi for some reason so haven't tried any non-veg ones here)The staff is great too. The wait was also just about 10 mins.The Bad- I wish this was a place that was good for Dine-In. Unfortunately its best only for Takeout.

Had 4.8 stars on uber eats but its uber meh sushi.Karage is actually just wings and the tuna bowl was just one piece of tuna sashimi rice lettuce, ginger and wasabi, total rip off. $30+ dollars later and im still hungry.

Delivery via UberEats.We had the California roll, spicy tuna roll, salmon avocado with cream cheese, and the dragon roll.The California roll is one of the best we've had, comparing this place to many other restaurants in downtown vancouver, and burnaby.The spicy runs roll was okay, the sauce was too overpowering for my tastes.I did not try the cream cheese avocado, but my roommates absolutely loved it.The dragon roll was made really well, delicious and the sauces were not overpowering.While this location was 40 minutes away, we decided to try them out and we were happy with our selection.
