I ordered tea nd Girl named samiksha take my order . I asked her is tea fresh one ? Very softly nd nicely she replied i will make fresh just give me 2 min . I like the way she helped me , she was talking very politely nd having smile on her face as she love her job . Last time i came on monday 19 feb there were another two girls between 9 :00 pm - 10:30pm. She gave me tea which was cold . Outstanding experience, Jyoti was such an amazing cashier lady. & On top of that the manager there informed me of a better way to add money to my card for timmies and taught me how to do that .

Everytime I have been here, they either get my order wrong (even if ordered via app) or they say its not available. Today morning I went to get a Bailey cream coffee, which is clearly shown in the menu, but they said it’s discontinued. When I asked why is it being advertised on the menu, the response was I don’t know. I went to a different Tim and they gladly served me.If you don’t have it or can’t make it, be upfront.
