Updated review * * * 2024This is my go to location every morning.Yes, line ups here are long but they push people thru fast. Cx is amazing here definitely a change up from before. Even the supervisor is extremely kind and polite. We do miss Simran though ♡♡Kid-friendliness: Each staff I've noticed always smile and say hi to the kids that stop through.
For the number of people who work their, the service is slow. And the breakfast sandwiches are just warm, not sure if they keep the hot food at the proper temperature. And the hash brown seem soggy, not crisp.

Very unfriendly & inexperienced customer service, telling me no French Vanilla AFTER I've paid, have to repeat my orders, staff always rushing my coffee in drive thru, otherwise making me wait 10 mins if I'm inside; they need proper training on customer service that we as Canadians used to be proud of 20 years ago.
