Check your food before leaving drive thru! I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, and there was less than a table spoon of chicken for $8. After calling and speaking with hardeep, she was great about the situation and gave me a new proper wrap. It’s just disappointing to have to be so wary of ordering from the drive thru.
I’ve found the quality of Tim Hortons food has gone down, as well as the service. The staff play games in the drive though, not alternating cars and making cars wait at the menu board for no reason, often causing blockages into the parking lot. The drive thru is faster, but it all depends on the day, time and staff. I was disappointed that they would not even wait for me to open my app to give me my roll up opportunity. When I mentioned it to the clerk she just smiled at me and said sorry it's too late. Very unprofessional and definitely not conducive of the Tim Hortons brand or expectations of the company. Do Not patronize this location it is not worth your time or your money.
