Very bad service. We ordered 3 cappuccinos. We were not given them from the window, but were told to drive on and wait. We waited for 10 minutes. Several cars drove away from the window after us. My husband went in and got himself a cappuccino. It seemed that they were in no hurry at all.

This Tim Hortons is convenient, but often takes a while for awkward, stilted service, before being ushered out ASAP with an average coffee/pastry. Recommended when on the go (hence it's location I suppose) but I'd avoid if wanting to sit inside and take your time.

Customer service was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. It's a shame to see such a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at a well-known establishment like Tim Hortons. I will not be returning to this location and will caution others to be wary of the poor treatment they may receive."They were closing at 3pm which I didnot know because there was no sign at order window. Lady who took my order told me rudely closing in abput 4 mins. When at window I told them to put sign there she behaves rudely.Not coming back for sure.

They charged full and give half quantity to me when I asked for it then the employee gave excuse that we can’t put more quantity because cup covered by foam. It is very ashamed for staff as its happened second time to me.

Waited at the menu board for 5 minutes. No one said “we will bewith you in a moment which is common courtesy. Finially I said hello? And received a rude wait a moment. They hire these new students in the country and act so entitled. What happened to customer service so bad here.Ended up not order and drove away as I was fruswith their service and I let them know at window. Do something about these places head office.

Americano tasted nothing like espresso. More like yesterday's darkest possible roast filter coffee... I think "burned motor oil" would describe it well.The employees couldn't get the sandwich order right (how difficult is it to make one without mayonnaise?!). I might be mistaken, but I think they had issues with English comprehension...Also I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get the order done, and then another 10 minutes to get it corrected...

The girl who took our order was so much rude. After i placed my order, i requested to repeat to confirm. And she kept on saying “ i get it, i get it”!! When i went to window to complain, she got aggressive and started yelling. I was trying to just confirm the order as we are vegetarian. The other lady also joined her in yelling. Finally we left without a cup of coffee.NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION..Worst attitude..They don’t know to be polite with a lady with 2 kid!

Waited 15 minutes for one coffee with no other customer in store. Customer service was terrible and rude, with the words used "I don't care" about the wait. This was Jul 24 at 5:30pm. This individual needs retraining on basic customer service.
