HARD. PASS. Brand new Tims and it's a total gong show at 10:30 am on a Tuesday??! Too many cars in the drive through (clearly to slow service and not too many customers) so I go inside and they lose track of my ONE cup of coffee order?BUT, this Tims thinks the new way of working is just unload everyones coffee onto the counter with no lids so they can be breathed on by everyone else? NO. First and last visit. Just close it now and get it overwith. I'm fed up with the race to the top on prices and the race to the bottom on service. I'm voting with my dollars and I will never set foot in this Tims again and i will encourage everyone at my office to have the same view.

Worst service. Smells like someone poured a bottle of cologne on the ground. Lady taking the order was so rude to the customers and looked like she was doing homework at the counter, i waited 5 minutes and she didnt even look up. if i could give negative stars i would.

I work in this timmies parking lot and go here almost everyday. The service is usually pretty good and it’s rare that our orders get messed up. However, I wanted to say that I have a strong dislike for the older Caucasian lady who I believe is the manager/boss. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard her be rude to her staff, or yell at them, in front of customers. I find it not only hard to watch but extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. I get that she has a store to run but there’s a way you can do that without belittling and shaming the employees, especially in front of customers. it just Seems like she hates her job and hates her staff, saddens me. Especially because I think the service is good! They are always PACKED but get everyone taken care of in a respectable amount of time, and always with a smile! The employees who work for her deserve better, and whoever her boss is, I recommend takes the time to visit this store and talk to the staff and to her…. It’s embarrassing…. And it should be taken seriously.

I visited this Tim for first time on October 23. It was disgusting service which I received. I ordered croissants and hash brown, first they gave me burnt croissant, I told them very politely and the girl standing behind the cashier guy gave me angry look and guy gave me new one. The new is more worst than first. The hashbrown is too hard to eat. I end up buy from other store. But this was my worst Tim experience. I don’t know how they have 3.2 star. They do deserve zero

I was at the drive thru just now and ordered a coffee and had to order something more for my staff and I asked her if I can add more on drive thru and she took my order but forgot to add one item and someone at the back keep saying to her to let me go and get it parked! I understand the drive thru timings and all but speaking in front of your customer and talking in Punjabi and saying “ that eh jandi nhi haigi” does not sound very good and I understand Punjabi very well so you guys should know what to say atleast in front on customer!
