Yesterday, I visited Tim Hortons via the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the service was subpar. We repeatedly tried to get the attention of the staff, particularly a girl, but she seemed disengaged. The situation escalated when she abruptly shut the window on our faces, displaying a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which was quite disheartening.

We waited for steep tea for more than 10 mints at night when there was no line in the drive thru and still the steep tea was not having any sigar in that. Also it was not fresh.
