Order iced coffee and girl at counter gave me hot coffee, when i asked she said you got what you asked and said we are closing so this is how we serve. I ordered at 10:10pm and they supposed to be closing at 11pm .Like for real mess up orders and show attitude to customers. When i asked for refund another girl joined her and said yeah get your refund. They dont care if its their fault and dont even try to fix it . Awful service,awful place to go to

The best experience I had from Tim Horton today. The service was wonderful. The food tasted delicious and the place was tidy and clean. The employee was cleaning every corner of the store. I thank the store manager for the successful guidance of the employees. I like to come every day.

On Feb 8th 2024, they closed 15 minutes before closing which sucked since only timmies in walking distance! Change your Google operating hours if you close at 10pm. 2 ei female employees didn't even bother talking.

It was just 7 in the morning, i came and I ordered one Chai tea latte, they charged me once, i asked them for just steamed milk no water and bag on the side, they gave me just 2 shots of cold milk, how can someone supposed to give cold milk and could think of diping tea bag in it. I am also working at tim hortons and i know how this can be made, then again they charged me, I don’t know if they game me the refund or not, but yeah the manager and the person helping me was too rude, I don’t know if they are coming with this mood or these kinda weird faces from their home. But, you guys need to serve with smile or you guys must need to learn the 5 responsibilities pf Tim Hortons.

I actually visited two this evening two blocks apart and they were both awful. Terrible service. Almost no food options left at 9pm. At one, they were chasing customers out an hour before closing to clean. Abysmal. Had to drink my coffee in the courtyard and it wasn't very good.Update: In response to the owner's recommendation that I call or use their web site, the web site link first landed me at their front page, and on the second try, started me down a maze of questions trying to guide me to 'complaints'. Gave up on that and called and ended up in a wait queue for over five mins, so gave up on that as well.As bad as the actual store...

The Supervisor or manager that answer my call today was super rude. She was shouting while I was letting her know that I missed my order. & She was asking me if I call to store before to let them know? Yes I called 10 times but no body answers the phone & after checking your store phone do you call back???But the workers are really nice I am a regular customer & the workers are very nice it’s just the supervisor or manager needs to learn how to manage customers & not only shout.
