If you want your order to be wrong every time go to this location. The service is really fast compared to other places at least that’s good. workers are very nice and polite but come on 9/10 of my orders are never correct and I stop by every single day.

All Tim Hortons cares about is how fast they can get cars in and out the drive thru. It doesn’t matter if your order is wrong or your food is sloppily thrown together- as long as the staff get you out of the drive thru as fast as possible to boost their stats.Please consider changing your policy on pulling cars into the parking lot. It’s inconvenient for customers and almost always insures we wait much longer. Nobody cares about your drive thru stats.Today I was asked to pull into the parking lot for just a coffee. Just a little side note, nobody else was even in the drive thru! Idiotic & not the first time this has happened

I go to this store every morning. I always order online 10/15 min ahead . 9 out of 10 times I have to sit and wait for the order. Sometimes they serve everyone that's waiting at till before they serve me. I let manager know few times and notting has changed.

This must be the worst drive through of Timmies. Ordered a bacon breakfast wrap and chilli, had to drive back after realizing they forgot the bun for the chilli. When I ate my wrap it was sausage farmers wrap which is not what I ordered and I wasn’t gonna drive back for the 3rd time. This place isn’t busy either yet they still manage to screw up a simple order. Incompetent and disappointing.

Worst Tim hortons ever they don’t even greet you when you place your order at the drive thru. Coffee is old/ watered down, doughnuts are old and stale tasting, order is wrong half the time or made poorly. You can’t even put your money/ card away without them trying to shove something at you. Do better Tim Hortons and train your staff better
The worst Tim Horton ever the chicken was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it and to top it all the Indian students that work there are the worst literally threw the wrap on the counter when I open it, it was all spilled inside the package. There is so many review complaints about the staff and what a shame the manager hasn’t taken any steps.

A more efficient tim hortons you will not find. I have been through this location 4 times and every time was in and out in under 3 mins and staff always courteous and a smile. I am shocked to see the bad reviews because as a regular at Timmy's this location is by far the best.

I used to come after my work around 7.30 pm. The girl staff who work at this time ignores and do their own work and we have to wait for them more than like 10minutes when I only was there.This has been happened twice to me.
