Really bad service. They got my entire order wrong at the drive through. Paid for a steeped tea with cream and honey but they didnt put any honey, also and got brocolli and cheese soup instead of chili. Shows that they do not pay attention to detail and they do not care. Please train your staff!

I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.

The men's washroom is disgusting. I was there on Jan 25 and again on Feb 3. Faeces blasted all over the toilet and wall, self-flush sensor broken and had to use foot to flush, such low water pressure at sink that washing hands was difficult. No lock on washrooms in area with enough homeless/drug activity to warrant one. The washroom obviously wasn't cleaned between my visits over a week apart.No attention to the lobby during slow times (I was there for ~2hrs each time for meetings) and had to ask for napkins, both for eating and for cleaning tables.Both times staff were hard to understand and had trouble communicating. I'm typically understanding of language challenges but these people should not be public facing if they can't comprehend and communicate at a base level. This is not the staff's fault, this location is obviously taking advantage of TFW who are new to the country.Jan 25: new gift card was having error and staff just gave it back and only when prompted tried another method to read it. It then worked. No manager present to help.Feb 3: customer issue over drivethru refund escalated because staff was arguing with customer who came in to talk (not me). It was loud and disruptive and staff were argumentative and unhelpful. Who argues with a customer over a few dollars of missed/wrong items? Customer was diverted from till then ignored and waited 10 minutes for help. Was never given refund/proper items. She was upset but not rude or unreasonable in her request. Again, no manager present (the customer had asked).I understand it's "just a Tim Hortons" but this place should not be getting people's business.

Staff aren’t that friendly. Coffee smelled bad as if the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned since long time. When I complained about weird smell in coffee, two staff members smelled the coffee and told me it doesn’t smell bad but they will give me new coffee in kind of a rude manner. I will never complain about food if it is good. I have Tim’s everywhere but this was the first time I had bad experience.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location. I've tried to give them several opportunities to redeem themselves and I can't do it anymore. Even something as simple as buying a giftcard here is impossible. I tried to buy one and the very unfriendly staff member scoffed and told me to go to another location because they don't have any. My coffee order is constantly wrong here, they aren't friendly. I went to this location because it's super convenient but now I'd rather just drive out of my way knowing my order will be right for once.
