8 out of 10 times they will not make ur orders right u ask them to double toast which they never do just because the store is busy they care less about doing thier job right. This store staff needs better training.

12169 72 Ave, Surrey, BCI placed an online order for pickup and received confirmation from the store. When I arrived at the outlet, I waited for 20 minutes only to be told the item was out of stock. The store couldn't issue a refund and directed me to contact customer care, but they were also unable to process the refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating.where to go for my refund. Any advice?

Worst service from a girl- named Manpreet, I guess. She is always very harsh and never serve and communicate nicely.Very loud and offensive. Her behaviour is disgusting with customers. Maybe she is frustrated from her job or she doesn’t wanna work.. likeI am a regular customer to this tim and each tjme around 11 pm.. I see her there and she always refuses to serve. Bad customer service..!!!!!
WORST PLACE EVER! I asked for chicken soup and got back just the veggies and cut up chicken from some sandwich. No soup at all. Take out these students. PLS!!

I went to drive thru today and the girl taking the orders was so rude. Not professional at all. I asked her for bagel and she said she don’t have then i asked for croissant and she just shouted at me that she only have some specific bagels. At the window when i told her she’s so rude be polite she said she’s working back and forth. But thats not the way you are dealing your customers. Its your responsibility to manage all the tasks and treat your customers in well mannered no matter how much busy you are, she should learn how to deal with her customers.
