I ordered cilantro lime vege bowl, i paid for a bowl, but ended up getting a cilantro lime wrap. I told the worker that I ordered a bowl, and she replied- “oh sorry, now we have made a wrap, we cant give you bowl”. Very bad service, this tim hortons is
