Very happy with what I received from training day cafe, via skip the dishes! I’m currently in the GVA + LML for work for the next number of months from out of province and being without a kitchenette in my room has created a demand for fresh, healthy pre made meals! I am very impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the composition of each bowl I recieved! I will absolutely be ordering again! You have a loyal customer so long as I’m here!

I was interested in purchasing meal prep service from this establishment after reading some good reviews. However decided to first try a take-out menu item to ensure I'd like it enough to order from here long-term. And I'm glad I did because the wrap I received was sooo heavily drenched in chipotle sauce & loaded with quinoa, it seems in an effort to compensate for the lack of actual toppings, which were so sparse & few. The cheese was also missing which was probably a good thing due to the absurd amount of sauce it would have gotten much too heavy to consume. For a large wrap the quantity of toppings were far too less and with the excess amount of sauce super unhealthy! This does not justify a $15 wrap. Very disappointing first experience.

I’ve been ordering the meal prep for several months and have been really enjoying the variety and quality of all the meals thus far. Really easy to keep track of my daily calories ect! Also been in to the store many times for the bowls and greatly enjoy them. The King George location has a mango smoothie with coconut that I wish they would bring to this Fleetwood store!

They got my order wrong and when I called them, they didn't apologize or anything. The worker just deflected and said I did get what I ordered. There were no veggies, one of the sauce was missing, and 90% of the bowl was brown rice. I order this bowl often so I know how it tastes/looks. I will definitely not go back.

Huge fan of the Training Day Cafe’s meal prep services! I’ve tried a lot of other meal prep companies in the past and nothing even comes close to Training Day when it comes to taste, quality, variety and portions.
