Just made my own poutine today. Ordered two poutines and they both came with a speck of gravy, not even a drizzle. It was a dot of gravy . Best part is the cheese curds were actually ice curds this time around too. One of the most disappointing poutines I’ve ever seen. Went to front again and asked why there was no gravy, she didn’t provide any justification but said here’s some gravy pour it on yourself. Beautiful!!!

We will be back to this restaurant again!! Thank you for very accomplishing.Dietary restrictions: I really appreciate with this Allergy sticker that was on our burger especially with the kids meal. My kids have enjoyed the food and I love how the staff sounds so friendly and accommodating. I wish all the restaurant should be like this. It is very unfortunate that they do not accept tips as they really deserve to have it. I’m super surprised with the please and thank you?. Very respectful!!

Website shows they close at 10:00 pm, guys it’s totally wrong they close their doors 5 minutes before so that no one can place the order. I visited the site last night totally bad customer service ever I encounter. She mentioned we can’t make it kitchen is closed. I went there at the site at 9:55 pm, I rushed from my work to triple o’s 14350 64 Ave #101, Surrey, just to grab my dinner. But, unfortunately poor service and manager is pathetic as she was showing me attitude that nothing we can do.Owners need attention and as management is not good. They should close the door at 10:00pm not before that. Not happy with the customer service, they should be polite and humble but, girl there showed no evident that she was sorry about it.This kept on hovering over my mind, which prompted me to write, i hardly bad reviews,
