I have ordered there before and it's been good but I ordered today ordered the house special and there was no beef balls and I asked for extra no tripe its supposed to have everything in it, had like 2 pieces of beef there was no rare beef either will not be ordering from there again and I got no rooster sauce or spicy sauce very disappointed. I called to let them know they made a mistake and the lady said no you got what you ordered! ? Terrible service very upset update also got lemon grass chicken it was sooo dry and chewy and a crispy roll that was not crispy at all but soggy and chewy as well would not recommend to order either

I spend an hour commuting from Vancouver to Surrey to eat here. They make the best pho, in my humble opinion, in the entire lower mainland. The noodle has good chewy texture, clean and clear broth, very good quality beef. Also, you have to order the spring roll, it’s so good!

Their food is very authentic; they have more non-vegetarian options in their menu.The price of food is not too high either, the staff was very polite and service oriented. Quantity of food was good with amazing taste.I would highly recommend this place! Must visit this restaurant!

I have never had spicy lemon grass beef before. The beef was to spicy to eat. I got 3 plates for the kids and they couldn't eat the meat. It was so hot the noodles that had touched the beef was still to spicy to eat. The spring rolls were burnt. The wonton, sandwich, and shrimp salad roll were tasty but the spicy beef as opposed to lemon grass beef totally ruined it. We filled up our organics bin. Totally disappointed with this as the rating was exciting for a place fairly close(20-30min away @ dinner time).

Pho was really good and the soup base very delicious. The chicken wings were not the greatest, not crispy enough and very strong on the garlic side. The chicken nuggets were great and spring roll??

Originally, we were planning to go to a different restaurant but things didn't go as planned so we ended up here. This was our first time. It's a small chain and what was good was there were barely any customer. When we were seated, we were expecting they would give us tea right away, that did not happen. I had to press on their doorbell like thingy on the table before the lady brought us tea and asked if we were ready to order. We appreciate the fact that they did change up the broth for the seafood soup as it was supposed to be spicy but my friend is not a fan of spicy food. I was a wee bit disappointed with my order because at the order vietnamese restaurants we would go to, I get dipping sauce with my order. This time there was none. No refill of tea either. Anyway, food were delicious so that's a plus. Is this a place I am going to be excited about going the next time? No. When it was time to pay, I have pressed on the doorbell thingy on the table 3x and nobody came so I just walked to the cashier and paid. These are the reason why I gave them 3 stars.

It is packaged perfectly, so you can enjoy it hot and fresh when it arrives.I tried the new curry pho this time. It was like a flavor explosion, very rich creaminess, reminiscent of a coconut curry. I got beef, and it was very tasty, but I definitely want to come back and try the chicken option now.What The Pho never fails!
