Via drive through: they will get your order wrong. They will build your sandwich wrong and put it in the correct wrapper. They will charge you incorrectly. You won't be able to call the store to talk to someone (perpetual busy signal for me for days) and they will probably forget to give you a receipt, too, so you can't even file a proper complaint above the store level. Inside is clean though.
I downloaded Yelp to leave a review. My husband still forgets and stops there for breakfast for us. The service is garbage, slow and very rude I'm not looking for someone to kiss my A$$ but not make you feel like you are the biggest inconvenience in their life. The food is absolutely never ever ever right . Terrible at informing public of maintenance and work that affects hours posted on building and online. Went to order some food at 2245 at night when I belived it would still be open since Google maps said the drive thru closed at 2330 and on the front door it says they close the drive thru at 2300 but turns out they have outside maintenance going on which made the place close at 2200.
