The service is piss poor, once asked them make the order fresh but when I got it; gelt like prepared yesterday; had almost reported to the food inspection agency. Once called to place an order on the phone; they wouldn’t take it and denied in very rude manner. It’s damn shame that no other places are open nearby at night.Avoid it if you can.

These days I hear many people complain about service and wait times. It is unfortunate so many have such a narrow view of what is going on in this country. The majority of workers are doing all they can to keep up.I did a drive through order this morning. The individual taking my order was so polite and patient. They spoke clearly and enunciated their words to ensure they were understood over the speaker.They carefully reread my order to ensure it was correct t and then ensured I had the opt to ask for everything before telling me to drive ahead. No rush, no push, no attitude.It may seem like a small thing but consider in daily life for us all at present, this stands out brightly in my day.Thank-you to the staff for this small but lovely experience!

For fast food breakfast it’s its really good, served on glass plates and real cutlery, you could go to other places for breakfast but this is really underrated geat value 2 of us ate really well for $20!The staff are really friendly and competent.

I have come to the A&W outside of the mall at tsawwassen a couple of times now for breakfast and every time the staff are so wonderful and happy. Best customer service I get for fast food chains anywhere. I love coming for their breakfast. They serve real breakfast which I just recently discovered and it is delicious. Thank you to the staff for making my morning enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a sit down breakfast. This location is it.

This is our usual AW, as it’s very convenient and the service/quality has always been outstanding! Today stopped by to grab some food and I’m such drowsy, rainy day the girl serving me - HARNOOR - was so sweet and wonderful and super friendly, with wonderful greeting and big beautiful smile! Totally made my evening! Thank you HARNOOR and hope they promote you soon enough!
My daughter said he food was good though my coffee was warm not hot. My issue is I was over charged. This is not the first time this happened! I gave this particular restaurant one more chance and it happened again!! We will not be back.

After biking with friends for about two hours and covering 40 kilometers, we decided it was time for breakfast. We were delighted to find that A&W was open bright and early, and their breakfast options were delicious. The fact that they offered refillable coffee was an added bonus, giving us the energy boost we needed for the next leg of our bike ride. What's more, there is even a secure spot to park our bikes.

Been coming here about once a week with my respite client for a few years and the staff are always patient and attentive to us. They remember parts of our order and are extremely friendly. Food is consistently great for A&W with the temps and seasoning just right. Extremely clean, bright and organized.
