Went in the evening to eat in the restaurant, everything was fresh and tasted good. It's nice to see Arby's has not done away with their condiments station/self serve drink machine like McD, makes eating inside the restaurant much better.

Only remaining Arby's in Vancouver lower mainland. Their roast beef with horsey sauce is the best. I was a bit disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ because they discontinued their famous cookies. I bought beef and cheddar sandwichs, curly fries (the best) and some roast beef separately for my midnight snack time. Roast beef rocks

I'm giving it a 5 because the beef and cheddar were so good but the fish sandwich was trash. The Nashville hot option looks fully red like the whole fish patty is coated in a red powder, but when I got it all they did was get a regular fish patty and sprinkled a bit of red powder on each side. Looked nothing like the sandwich advertised. So stay away from the fish sandwiches and stick to the good ole beef and cheddar! Oh and the curly fries were amazing!

My father wanted to go to Arby's he hadn't gone in years. We asked for a toasted bun we received a warmed bun the meat didn't taste right. So different then years before. I don't recommend you try Arby's anymore. Service was okay a 3 out of 10.Sorry forgot to show you photos.

This place was nice & clean. Friendly staff, good food! Very spacious. Lots of seating. Public washrooms available. Highchair available for conveniency. Kids menu for the little ones. Good variety of food items to choose from. Lots of parking. A little tricky to get into the parking lot if you're not familiar with the area. Would go here more often if it was closer. Sucks there's only 2 locations to choose from!Parking: Plenty of parking either in the lot itself or in the mall parking g lot. Never a shortage.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available aswell as highchair. Only 1 highchair from what I noticed could use a couple more.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking aswell as entry for conveniency
