I would give 0 stars if I could. Went there today at 4PM, was absolutely ignored by the male working the drive thru window. Showed kindness and great customer service to the people in front of me. Didnt look at me, say hello, or even reach his arm out to hand the items because I’m an indigenous man. Not the first time they have treated me this way. Would recommend you go anywhere but here

Way too hot in here. I can’t spend more than a few minutes inside. I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks around the world and they keep the temp insanely hot in here. Maybe next time I should wear my bikini inside?

The young gentleman working the drive through around 2pm Saturday December 2nd was such a polite and kind individual! He was so attentive (and apologetic for the waits which were nothing more than the expected) and even stopped to provide napkins after we had a small spill as we were about to pull away from the drive thru. Truly an eye for detail that can’t be trained! I wish we caught his name, but thank you for a great experience

3mistakes in one order. I ordered butter croissant, but got chocolates croissant, ice latte add whip cream but no whip but I got it but got corrected it and 1/2 vanilla syrup but got 2 vanilla syrup, I go here a lot normal everything excellent expect for today.

This place is disgusting. Food safety should really look into their cleanliness. Staff take 0 care toward how they prepare the food and serve the customers. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!!!
