The classiest hotel bar I've found so far in Vancouver.

Excellent service. Wine and food, while good, was pricy.

Loved the atmosphere, service, drinks, and oysters. Oysters were served with cucumber puree-like things, which was super refreshing. Drinks were great with lots of options. The salad we ordered came with chunks of lobsters. Yum. Overall, I recommend to come and enjoy your life at this bar.

Great staff and cocktails. They were some of the best I've ever had. Bad food though. Breakfast in particular was terrible.

Truly a disappointing evening. We live close to the Rosewood Hotel and hadn't tried the 1927 Lobby Lounge. We sat at the bar and we have to say that the bartender was exceptional. We ordered cocktails in advance of having dinner which should have been an easy food order - two hamburgers. At $26 per burger - they should have been exceptional - comparable to a burger at say Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar or Bacchus Lounge (same price) where you can order ground chuck cooked to your specifications (medium or even medium rare). That was not an option at the 1927 Lobby Lounge. This was a run of the mill, over-cooked, burger served on a cheap soggy bun and it took an hour and a half for it to arrive! We had already consumed our cocktails and a bottle of wine waiting for the food to arrive - which by any measure - was substandard. We could tell that the bar staff were hugely embarrassed and tried to compensate by sending out a big plate of fries in the interim as we waited for our food which was inappropriate as we received another huge helping of fries when our food finally arrived. Neither my wife nor I finished our burgers - they were close to inedible. We will not be returning to the 1927 Lobby Lounge.

Food and service are excellent. We were looked after by Margaret so well that we felt we had made a new friend! Thank you.

Food is ok, no surprise. Very good service and nice atmosphere. The seating is a bit tight between tables.

Fantastic little lounge for breakfast and a great spot to stop in for afternoon tea while taking a break from exploring the city. It’s in the hotel lobby so the atmosphere isn’t anything remarkable, but they’ve done a great job making it a great area for a relaxing respite that is quiet without feeling secluded. Staff is amazing, and did a wonderful job at everything, and really went above and beyond. Note that it is overpriced for what you’re getting (omelette and bacon in particular) but everything was really delicious so I didn’t mind paying the de facto “hotel restaurant tax.”The French toast (pictured) was REALLY great and would recommend anyone staying at the hotel to try that for breakfast.

If you want an elegant night, definitely come here. My husband and I stopped by this elegant piano bar. A beautiful way to end a date night.
