EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD - Bones in the buns. I bought a number of items and in the BBQ Pork bun there were a few decent sized rib type bones. This is extremely dangerous. Never in my life out of 1,000's of items have I ever seen a bone in a Chinese bakery item.

We used to like the pastry from this bakery. However, we are completely disappointed with the quality of the pastry we had from this place when we bought some yesterday. All the pastry are pretty dark brown, indicating the cooking oil used was dark and that makes the pastry unhealthy to consume. In addition, all the pastry were very dry rendering them not eatable. We will never go back to this store.When we got home, we noted that we had been overcharged a few dollars. We didn't notice the overcharge at the time as they didn't provide a bill or receipt. This bakery not only sell staled pastry and also is dishonest in cheating customers by overbilling.

Very rude girl at the front, only nice to Chinese people! Always ignores me and helps Chinese people first when i have veen waiting. Never says hello and is so nice to chinese people.Very nice to them,have been going for over 2o years!!! Will never go back!!!
The customer service is non-existent. The hygiene is also a concern. I was warned before I went but I had to see for myself. Needless to say I will not be going back and will be going elsewhere next time. With so many other Chinese bakeries in Vancouver it's not hard to find one that actually treats their customers with respect and that actually follows health and safety standards.

I don't appreciate it when someone talks about me in front of my face especially when I'm a customer. The lady that usually works behind the counter will talk about customers when she thinks you don't understand Chinese. Customers deserve better

Worst service ever and I was short changed! Was supposed to get back $4 in change and got only $1 back. When I asked she said it was the right amount and yelled at me. I'm never going back to this place! The lady behind the counter really needs to learn some manners and customer service. It's ridiculous this person still has a job.
