Walked in and was immediately greeted by staff and had a table ready for me right away. Inside was clean and uniquely decorated. AHad some questions with some of the the items on the menu and server was very friendly and helpful, did not pressure nor rush me. Ended up ordering a lemongrass pho and it was really really good I highly recommend it and will return for this in the future. I had an early lunch so it was not busy at all was easy to grab a seat.

Really tasty food at excellent prices, considering the location. There was a mix up with my soup, but I didn't notice until I had eaten some of it, at which point I thought it would be too troublesome to point it out. Otherwise, we had a kind server, and our food was made fresh. Highly recommend for people looking for a more affordable option downtown, I will be going back.

My favourite spot for pho in the downtown area, the staff is always kind and efficient. Anytime I’ve been there the pho has been really lovely and the lemongrass chicken is always delicious!

I love coming here, they have all the Vietnamese classics in generous portions, well-made and tasty. Staff is friendly, and the place is open much later than most places in Vancouver, making it a great late-night spot.Vegetarian options: Lots

This establishment's naming is hilariously inconsistent across this Google listing, the front signage, menu, and even the merchant name on the credit card bill. In any case, it's a direct contrast to the consistently excellent taste and value for money you'd get here with the various pho and rice dishes. Satay pho is the best choice that I always gravitate towards, 20A all the way!

This is a simple little spot, but the food is great. Pho broth was soooo yummy. Not too much meat included but tasty. And sooo fast.

Chicken is dry and chewy. Asked them last time to do something, cook less, waitress suggested cut thinner - to make it less chewy. Did not help. Awful. Lack of vegatables. Too bad. This place is about 5 seconds from the lobby of my place.

Would totally recommend for a quick and delicious bite. The prices have gone up and portions are smaller but it's still really good quality!

The first time I was here was 2020 during the covid lockdown. My roommate and I got takeout, and I don't even remember exactly what I ordered but I remember liking it. I was nearby recently and needed dinner so I thought I'd try visiting them again, this time to dine in.I got the veggies and tofu curry on rice. Very good comfort food, flavourful but not overwhelmingly hot, and not oily, making it easy on the palate and the stomach. The portion size was perfect, with a good serving of tofu and lots of vegetables both in the curry and in the salad. I also had the “3 kinds of bean w/ coconut milk and ice”. It’s under the “drinks” section of the menu but theirs was more of a frozen dessert than a drink since the ice was a little coarse to drink through a straw. It was tasty though, with lots of the toppings. The beans were very filling. They were fairly busy but the food came out pretty quickly. The service here was a step above the hands-off service style that’s typical of pho joints. The waitress checked in on me after I got my food to make sure everything was okay, and the whole staff team was really sweet. I think the decoration in the restaurant is fun, it’s a little eclectic but not “loud”. I would recommend this place over most other “express” Vietnamese restaurants for the experience all-around.
