I ordered chipotle chicken wrap and peri peri chicken burger. they gave me bacon in wrap and the hash brown burger. First they didn’t punched my order correctly because i don’t even eat bacon at all. Why in the world i will order it? When i asked to change they removed the bacon from the same wrap in front of my eyes and said they made me a new one. I also work in food industry but never did this nonsense. I had to through the wrap. Fools working over there.

The people working the register are awesome and I always have a laugh with them so they're super friendly when engaging in conversation but the downside is of course the atmosphere. It's on commercial so you get a lot of people who don't care about cleaning up after themselves so the tables are always dirty and I end up having to clean them myself. The food is as good as A&W can get so I would 100% recommend!
I left my bag with computer there and They kept it for me!! Nice honesty. Creating great culture!

You know? After tell you one thing, you guys been a bad mistake. Getting rid of the floats. It's one thing I make a different from all the stores. Not that it's gone I don't think I'll ever be back. You got this new drink. It's like a slush but I want a slush. I can go to 711. I'm fine. It was AW on columbia square. I placed the order. Then I found out you guys are not serving. No more floats, so I just drove away To me that the poor choice

I've been honest with the stars. a&w was one of my favorite (excluding this location) fast food places. I usually buy it regularly, as do my friends, so they'll miss out on a few thousand dollars each year. I would suggest going to fatburger instead, I've learned the food is better (I should have been going there all along!); at the very least, avoid this location. It's full of addicts that will bug you, the manager is rude, and your order will likely be messed up, plus there's questionable hiring (no diversity at all).They always mess up my order. Often over-charging me (sometimes it's just a bag after I've repeatedly said I want my food on a tray; today it was food). The staff are pleasant usually excluding the manager (although there's no diversity at ALL which is a bit of a red flag in Vancouver) but they mess up my order each time. I feel bad for them, having to be in this location (there's a lot of drug addicts).Today my order was messed up for the millionth time, and I didn't have much time to wait around, so I asked for a refund. The person said they can correct it and will cook what I asked for, but this food isn't even particularly cheap... I shouldn't have to do a song and dance each time. I'd taken a bite, and it wasn't what I ordered, so it had to be put in the trash, which is a waste.I repeatedly requested a refund, the manager came, didn't say hello or anything and then after I got my refund (I assume I got it; I don't know because he wouldn't give me a receipt), says "for the record" all angrily, at that point, I cut him off and say "I didn't ask, I just want a refund". He continued, which is amusing given he has no courage to talk to any of the drug addicts shooting up. I guess because I am usually fairly quiet/calm he thought he could abuse me.In short, a&w are expensive, and you buy them for convenience. This is completely negated if you have to repeat your order several times (I've had to wait for my food to be cooked THREE times before because they kept making mistakes). The food at this location isn't cooked as well as other locations but you're better off going to the pizza place nearby or fat burger if you can travel further. The manager is rude; the other staff are friendly. Incompetent but friendly.

Just came here at 730am today Feb 27. Trash customer service, they served a guest first even though I ordered first and it was for the same thing, a coffee. UPDATE** BUDDY DOESN’T EVEN MIX THE COFFEE ALL THE SUGAR FROM MY DOUBLE DOUBLE IS AT THE BOTTOM. TASTES LIKE

Visited today. Great customer service by the guy named sampan. The cleanliness of the store was top notch plus the customer service and the food. Really enjoyed my visit. Would recommend for breakfast.
Amazing service by Karan. Fast food restaurant gets stressful but he was managing very well! Taking orders on both tills and finishing all orders. Keep it up ! ??

Store clearly says open 24hrs on google maps and at the sign on the door, but once I arrived the employees refused entry saying they wouldn’t be open until 5. Super disappointed because my work schedule often starts me very early and was counting on being able to get food for my day.

I left my umbrella behind and went to pick it up. The staff ignored me, even though I spoke in English. I heard someone else but they completely ruled me out. I got this feeling of racism. He's racist, even though he's not white, he's of Pakistani descent.
