This has been my goto local coffeeshop for a decade. It's got a great local atmosphere you don't find in many places. I used to work from there for hours. I can't do it anymore. The new ownership has a playlist of hit music sung by jazzy performers on repeat that drives me crazy.

It was my first time coming to the Artistry Coffee Shop and I’m glad I did. The team was really nice and welcoming. I got myself the BLT bagels breakfast sandwich and a slice of the Vegan Lemon pound cake with poppy seed. ? It was delightfully delicious, the bagels heated was really good, but such a great experience I had with the ? Lemon Pound Cake ? I’m a huge fan of lemon cake but that one guys is one the best I ever ate in my life, big time ??? thank you ?? The location, the coffee shop is so cute, I loved the decoration, I loved the authentic look which give sense of being at home. I loved all the canvas at the wall, and such a pleasure to be served rapidly. I strongly recommend the Artistry Coffee Shop to anyone living in kitsilano :)Guys, thank you so much again ??? Vegetarian options: The vegan lemon pound cake is just Amazing ♥️

While the cafe has a nice aesthetic the full breakfast and avocado toast left lots of be desired. Poached eggs were undercooked, the bacon was not great, and the avocado portion was very small.Front of house guests were very lovely and kind, but I would not recommend the breakfast as it is quite expansive for what it is.

My 86 year old father came here for lunch yesterday. He uses a walker. He ordered a soup and sandwich, and asked that the sandwich be heated. The counter person was not going to bring his meal to his table (where he was seated) — he had to ask (which she finally did, but seemingly reluctantly). The sandwich was in a bag — he was given no plate or cutlery and the soup was served cold.I understand that the usual practice is to pick up your own meal, when it’s ready, at the counter. But, certainly, exceptions ought to be made here. Especially for somebody with mobility issues. We’ve been to Artistry many times together (and it’s a place that my father likes to come by himself) and generally we have a really good experience. This was not a good experience, however.

Artistry Coffee Shop is a delightful gem tucked away in a cozy corner of the city. With its inviting ambiance and artisanal approach to coffee, it's a must-visit for both coffee aficionados and casual sippers alike. The baristas here are true artists, skillfully crafting each cup with precision and care. The coffee selection is impressive, featuring unique blends and single-origin beans, all of which are roasted to perfection. Apart from the stellar coffee, Artistry also offers a range of delectable pastries and light bites that complement their brews beautifully. The interior, with its rustic-chic decor and comfortable seating, provides an ideal backdrop for a relaxed coffee break or a productive work session. What truly sets Artistry apart, however, is their commitment to sustainability, from eco-friendly packaging to sourcing beans from ethical, fair-trade farms.

Although they didn't have the coffee I initially wanted, the barista went the extra mile to customize my drink, surprising me with a delightful new coffee experience.

I loved the vibe here. The style of decoration is a little old-fashioned (not outdated, just an older aesthetic) with beautiful, interesting artwork covering the walls, a nice fireplace, and plants in the windows. It felt like my grandparents’ living room. The barista was very nice too, which made it a welcoming atmosphere.I got a tofu sandwich, a brownie, and an iced matcha latte. The sandwich had slices of tofu, slaw, spinach, and soft cheese (I think it was melted cheese, maybe it was a spread) on fig sourdough. I liked that it was something a little different and healthful, and it was delicious (especially the bread), but it had been made in advance and the dressing had really soaked into the bread. The edges of the brownie were a little dry, but the middle was so good - it was fudgy but not overly rich. The matcha latte was very clumpy and the flavour was so-so, though the weak flavour is probably not because they used low-quality matcha but because it wasn’t fully incorporated. I would not get this again. My total was $21 which is comparable to what I’d pay for a similar meal at chain coffee shops like Blenz or Artigiano. While there are certainly better coffee shops for food, this one was better than the competition at the price point. The food had that wholesome homemade quality that the big chains lack. But ultimately the atmosphere here is so comfortable that I’d choose it over a lot of places with objectively better food, which for me is saying a Iot.

This coffee shop at the corner is artistic. When I walk into the shop along the corridor from the entrance they are exhibiting the painting by local artist. Also the lightings are nostalgic.I went there in a sunny afternoon and had a latte with a scone. Coffee went well and the scone tasted good. The barista was a very nice guy and very attentive.I recommend this lovely cafe for anyone who enjoys a quiet moment in the afternoon with coffee and light foods.
