One of the best Vietnamese subs I’ve had and the staff is super friendly. When I told the lady I was taking my sandwich to eat at work later, she packed it up deconstructed so I could build it fresh later and heat the pork separately. Impressed!

Might be the best viet sub spot in town. Tried the veggie chicken sub and it was only ok--lemongrass flavor was prominent and nice but it is drowned in a sweet and sour sauce...the protein used (seitan maybe?) would be excellent if it were prepared with a traditional lemongrass marinade instead.Stick with the house special.

Really happy with my sandwich....had the lemongrass chicken...they gave a hefty portion of meat and veggies on a fresh bun. Great value and flavour came through nicely. Downside was bit too much mayo but glad it wasnt dry...also bit of a wait due to being busy.

Excellent sandwiches, this place is all about the freshness and flavor, nothing else. They make the sandwiches in front of you, from the freshest ingredients and it's flavorful, the bread is fresh and if you plan to eat only half you'll finish the send half and wonder if there's more, no sitting, nothing fancy, just good sandwiches.

So I have been a customer of Ba Le for years. This morning I went to buy some shredded pork skin (4-5 boxes). I wanted to pay half in cash and half with my debit card. The guy rejected saying they do not accept 2 methods of payment like that on the same order. Well, that does not make sense at all. Had I made it as 2 separate orders, like 2 boxes each, they would still have had to accept 2 different methods of payment. He was simply lazy and being unreasonable. It should have not been that hard and I was the only customer at that time for the record.
