Horrible food, even worse service. My delivery came all wrong and the food was cold and not eatable. Quality was questionable as well. Never ordering from here ever again.

I ordered the #1 special sandwhich.Very tasty and fresh ingredients, the bun was crispy and delicious!It all came together into a very reasonably priced sandwhich , that was made and served so fast I didn't even have time to look at my phone !The staff were nice !

Once a favorite for its generous portions and affordable prices, this spot has lost its charm with rising costs and shrinking servings. The current meager portion of pickled veggies is quite embarrassing honestly as seen in the photo, ruining the overall taste.

This place is about QUANTITY not QUALITY. if you like big sandwiches, sure this is the place. If you're looking for good taste, go to Ngon Banh Mi or Ba Le (although Ba Le is kinda pricey). The bread is mediocre, the pickled veggies are barely pickled, the filling portions are way off. They stinge out on the pate and aioli but because the subs are so big, it becomes so damn dry to eat.Oh I'd like to add that i asked to cut my sub in half and THEY WOULDNT DO IT. She said we don't do that here. Are u effing kidding me LMAO??

FOOD ALLERGIC ALERT!!! if you have certain allergies to certain ingredients, avoid this place! They wouldn’t take it off as requested!I edited my review according to the last 2 times I visited.I’ve been a customer since they first opened.They were very nice and friendly at first. Now they don’t even care if you don’t want specific ingredients on your food, you’d still put it. I specifically asked to not put the pate( the ground meat) on my 2 of breads. I checked and brought back to them, they said there is none! I saw it with my eyes! And I tried to show it but they didn’t let me touch the bread! They told me to wait that they’ll give me a new one. They gave me the same one in new packaging! Lol…I got home I open all my bread and all of them have pate( the ground meat)!!! What if I allergic to those ? Not good at all…Most important thing was, they tried to tell me that they have a long line, next time I should know what I want before I order.I hope they were trained properly for their customer service attitude!I love everything here.
