Great service, ordered London fog and taste great! They offered free coffee refill and I stayed there for some work.Muffin was a bit overpriced compared to others for the taste, hope they can improve it. Free wifi so you can stay there as long as you want. Quite relaxing and artistic atmosphere

They had some gluten free options, and the muffin I ordered was tasty. But the service was incredibly impolite. I sat down first to get settled, then went to the counter to buy my muffin. My inquiry into gluten free options was met with a flippant, 'they're right there...' without even gesturing. After I paid I asked for the WiFi password and was given a lecture about using wifi without having paid for food. I had just paid, so this made no sense. I spent far more time standing in line than sitting down, even though there was only one other person in the cafe. The food was good and the space itself was nice, but the service was so poor that it ruined the atmosphere for me. I took my muffin and sought refuge elsewhere. You should try one of the many other cafes around the block - they're far better.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free muffins available.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would!Awful service and atmosphere.Rude people and disgusting coffee! Don’t waste money in this place! Just walk to revolver coffee or cafe kitsune where the coffee is good and the workers won’t treat you like garbage!The manager is terrible and literally humiliated me when I asked if they were hiring.Awful experience and I’m glad they’re not. He should leave the place

The food is mediocre. Matcha latte was bland and tasteless. The dining environment is not clean well. I asked for a plate but the cashier was unwilling and said I wasted his money and the service was very poor.

Sad to say this place is terrible now, It used to be so nice and well kept. But I'm not surprised. The guy working at the till today (Blode,causasian) was severely unsmart to assume I was 'not' a customer, therefore loosing a customer and a sale both at once. His customer service -5/100. Totally unfitted for the job. Anyway, overall I can't judge the food because I decided to buy none. In my opinion this place will close soon, and wouldn't recommend going it for a piece of mind since its in an area full of crime and people with personal issues. Spend the extra bucks and go to the StarBucks on Waterfront Station, worth the walk and the buck ! That's all !

The bean is great for a reliably delicious coffee. The vibe is perfect for the location and in a stunning heritage setting. A very nice sense of community and support for the artists and businesses in the area.

This coffee shop is frequently closed, so hit n miss there. Today it was open but they literally couldn't make me a coffee. Asked if they had beans, barrista said yes. I said, can you grind them and make me a coffee? They said no. I left 2 coffees and food un-purchased. Done with this location, won't try it again. Franchisor might think about damage to brand. Place is more of a "front" than a coffee shop.

The coffee was horrible but the service was even worst! I asked to change my coffee as I can totally taste was old and the milk was bad, but instead of an apology I got this crazy “manager” yelling me, he is disgusting as his “coffee”
