Quiet coffee shop that serves excellent coffee. Pastries are good too.One item that will make this place perfect is the tables need to be cleaned.

When I was travelling to van I needed somewhere to sit and talk! Coffee was pretty good, the breakfast sandwich was also good not amazing but good. I also had a desert with it. The bill just about $40 is that normal cause that’s insane?

I’m not sure why anyone would give this place less than five stars specially for food and coffee. I was looking for a coffee alternative to my go to and boom! It became my go to. Brilliant coffee! Then I decided to try things. Roast beef sandwich. Ufffffffff!!!!! Gourmet! ? then the caramel crufffin!!! Another ufffff ❤️What I love about the place is the quality of the ingredients and coffee bean.A hidden gem. My new go to.Also staff are great ? they remember you ?

Had a really good lunch here! I got the caponata panini, a brownie gelato sandwich, and a cup of rooibos tea. The sandwiches are premade and sit in a case until they’re grilled, but nonetheless the focaccia was fresh and the filling of roasted veggies and cheese was great. The gelato sandwich was good - raspberry gelato between two slices of brownie. Hard to make a judgment about the quality of the gelato itself based on the brick of it in the sandwich, but it totally did the job for a sandwich and the raspberry flavour seemed natural, not overly sweet, and the brownie was nice and moist. Decent tea, nothing out of the ordinary there. My total was about $25, about average value for downtown. The place is located under a hotel and it doesn’t have a lot of character, but it’s spacious and quiet, and the counter chairs were super comfortable, so for my taste it’s a nice relaxing spot even if it is generic. The staff were all polite.

Nice place to have a quick breakfast, especially if you are european/italian: the coffee is quite good and also the pastries taste fine. The service is good when you are ordering and paying, less the one providing you the beverage: not talking, not providing you something to take away (even if you asked it during the order). The place is quite and never too crowd in the morning.Kid-friendliness: breakfast option also for child (i.e. steamed milk)

Ordered a latte and when I got home, I realized they made me a cappuccino. I don't like paying for air.

From Debby CI am a tourist and stayed in Century Plaza Hotel in early July. This coffee shop is located next to the hotel, with a convenient location and good price for coffee and breakfast. I like the Illy coffee and breakfast croissant there, delicious.Great service, especially the Asian staff - Lawrence - he is working fast and decent. He closely followed up my order promptly.

My family was in there last week, the two waitresses were disrespectful with them. My family doesn’t know how to speak in English well, and they were laughing about that and being racist. The other worker was supernice. I do not recommend that place.

Everyone there was pleasant except one man who seemed to be working fast, moving fast, not tending to you as a person but as a number. I think his name was Howard but not sure. He was a taller Asian man if that narrows the selection of workers. The coffee was good. Thank you to all the other workers. You were great. Also, they filled my water when I breezed through.
