I ordered the salted caramel chocolate cake. I was very disappointed how little salted caramel there was. The caramel was not evenly distributed in between the layers of the cake. The cake itself was mediocre.

After another bakery was non-responsive to my order request, I came across Bluebird Cakery in a Google search. Unlike the other company, I received a quick reply from Anna. Placing an order online was quick and easy and when snow postponed my event, Bluebird was understanding and able to store my order for a couple extra days.The guests at my event loved the cupcakes.Summary: Delicious cupcakes and amazing customer service! I will definitely order from here again and will refer others here too!

Our workplace has ordered cupcakes from Bluebird a couple of times now. Every time their cupcakes have been a big hit. It was a disappointment that I couldn't taste them all. The cupcakes are moist & tasty with not too sweet icing. There's a filling inside. We ordered triple chocolate, cookies n' cream, red velvet, salted caramel chocolate, simply vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, & 2 others. If you love chocolate, go for the salted caramel. It's my favourite. They're baked fresh. Cupcakes are perfect for any occasion especially if everyone has different taste preferences.

Thank you for making my mom’s birthday special! Due to some communication errors , my sister wasn’t able to pick up the cake but Bluebird contacted us and was able to deliver it. Bluebird is phenomenal! The banana cake is so delicious and Faith will do whatever she can do make sure your order is exactly what you need and want. The quality of the ingredients and care that is put into each dessert is unmatched.

Bluebird is my go-to for cakes for any occasion. I get cakes for my family, my friends, my friend’s kids, and most importantly for myself, from there. Their cake jars are so good for gifting or for picnics. They do custom cupcakes too which were perfect for my kid’s birthday. All the flavours are great but if I had to choose just one, it’s the London Fog cake. From time to time, they will do last minute flash sales on cakes ready for pickup that day. They post those on Instagram so make sure you follow them! That is how I found out that the Salted Caramel cake is my second favourite flavour there. Pickup is super easy as there is always parking at the Virtual Way open parking lot. For my birthday, I asked them to recreate their 90’s themed cupcakes for me and they did not disappoint!
