The best location for Body Energy! Every single time I come to this location they are so friendly, they may conversation, and always recommend you a new one. It’s nice being a regular customer there! Huge shutout to staff named Gustavo - he is definitely the top one there Taking the time to make conversation and recommend you want to try.

Went a few weeks ago, there was this guy at the front (tall, white, said his name was Kian? Not sure on spelling) who was really nice to me! Usually I am uncomfortable in fitness bars but he was very calm and helpful. Smoothies were delicious!! A tad overpriced but overall no coplaints ?

I got their refrigerated food- Thai Wrap. the food tasted oddly bad. had to throw it maybe it wasn’t stored properly? not going to buy food here again just lost 9$

I like how convenient this location is and have enjoyed the selection of food items. I received one smoothie (out of many previous smoothies) that didn’t taste right, but it was fixed by the manager right away. I also received exceptional customer service by Gustavo - he was super welcoming, helpful, and friendly!

The incompetence is incredible. I’m waiting 10 minutes every time for a smoothie when there is no one else in the store but me. Any other BE location can pump out smoothies much faster. Why are the staff so slow?!
I come to this locations very often and it's always been great experience, but the last 2 times I've ordered, my smoothie has been very tasteless and watery, chewing the unblended ingredients.. not happy with the inconsistency in quality with this location lately .

Went a few times and didn’t have any issue, but my last visit they got my order wrong after I clearly stated what I wanted three times. Then when I tried the smoothie it was very watery and tasteless. Will go else where next time.

I really love body energy club smoothies and wraps. All their food I’ve tried is really amazing. The staff are always polite and friendly. I cannot give 5 stars to this location because the amount of time it takes to make a smoothie is beyond. They have lost my order before as well gave excuses about online order volumes. I can believe the volume of orders are a lot however the number of staff making smoothies is often only one person. Other locations such as Arbutus and those downtown have multiple blenders going and multiple staff making orders. I often see 3 or more staff just standing around fixing shelf items or stocking stuff or chatting. Perhaps the manager should reprioritize the customer in store getting their orders within a reasonable amount of time like the other locations seem to manage quite well. Other than that I love BEC and wish there were more locations.
