The smoothie bowl was awesome, but the strawberry bae smoothie and I’ve heard good things about it but it tasted like nothing. I ordered online so not much I couldn’t do about it.

I came in for a smoothie, PB Dream. I wanted no ice and no protein powder, which is fair, as the ice waters down the drink, and the protein powder consumes the entire taste. it is fair to desire a smoothie, go to a store and pay good money for it, and want to truly taste the ingredients and the fruit .. and yes, i understand that the smoothie will be less thick, and that is okay with me. The cashier told me that all was good with my request, and then i paid in full.next .. the person making the smoothie told me that they cannot guarantee how full the smoothie will be without ice and protein powder, and that they cannot add / substitute any ingredients to make up for the zero ice or zero protein powder, without charging me extra. this is based on the idea that if any ingredients listed on the menu for that smoothie are changed or substituted, then the they cannot guarantee how it will effect the amount of liquid in that smoothie.first off, ICE is NOT a listed ingredient on the menu, and removing protein powder, which i find nasty to begin with, cannot influence the amount of liquid in the smoothie that much .. and, i should have the option, naturally, to select no protein powder in my smoothie. so, all that being said, i fail to see why asking for a smoothie with zero ice and powder will result in a partially full smoothie.. is it too much to add a couple extra ml of almonde milk, and a couple extra pieces of fruit?I even bought a juice with my order, so it was a nice $22 for a smoothie and juice. They did treat me request like it was a nuisance, except for the young blonde kid behind behind the counter, who was kind.They knew I was a returning customer, as I gave them my phone number to verify my account with them, and they treated me poorly, relative to how i have been treated at other Body Energy Clubs, and how i believe customer service is meant to operate, especially towards a rare isolated and minute request like "no ice or protein powder."this has never been an issue at any other Body Energy Club locations. No ice and No protein powder, and i get what i pay for, a full smoothie.a couple extra ml's of almonde milk, and a few pieces of frozen fruit can go along way in establishing a loyal customer for life.ultimately, the few ml of extra liquid in my smoothie is irrelevant..i understand that.. it is the principal, and what is fair.

The smoothies and bowls are delicious here! They are freshly made, and full of flavour. It can take a while for them to be made, but it's worth it in flavour. They are very filling and packed with protein, good for on the go. They also have a bulk-powder section that is well-stocked with many options, protein powder, other powders, spirulina, etc., some that are hard to find.

Some of the staff in this location are incredibly rude and extremely unwelcoming. I have gone in multiple times now and have had the same experience over and over again with a couple of individuals. I expect far more from a company that is charging premium prices for their product.

Busy location with great smoothies & bowls. It took about 15 minutes to get my order, so I would STRONGLY recommend ordering online before you go!p.s. I have never really gone there to buy supplements.
