Cavo is our favourite restaurant/bar in the downtown entertainment district, it always surpasses our expectations. It's like being in Greece, having traditional dishes like slow roasted lamb shoulder, Mediterranean stuffed chicken, all the favourite dips with pita, calamari, spanakopita and pastitsio. They also serve excellent pizza. We started with the dip trio that came with lots of pita, and the saganaki that was flamed at our table, and for main course the Mediterranean stuffed chicken and the special which was fresh arctic char fish. Bothe were amazing. The service was courteous, efficient, and unpretentious. Cavo is putting the finishing touches on a beautiful marble, stone, and red brick Mediterranean back patio, we can't wait to go back!
