Don’t waste your time with this place if you want to be looked down on by staff. Like if you don’t enjoy your job, there are other jobs that are more fulfilling out there.

Delicious fresh baked bread! The fun buns taste like sprinkle donuts. The pane de Casa loaf had a nice chewy crust, was fluffy inside, and had great flavour. It tastes the best on the first day you buy it but does lose its moisture and freshness quicker than grocery bread but I guess that’s a good thing because it doesn’t have preservatives and is real bread!

(I am writing this review on the behalf of my elderly grandmother who had a great experience at this store)Just a few words to express my great appreciation of your hard working, friendly staff and especially their honesty. Last month (October) i lost my wallet but didn’t notice it was missing until i got home. Then remembered the last stop i made was Cobs. It must have dropped while I was putting my bread in my cart. Luckily one of your workers saw it right away. When I called, the store had already closed but it was there the next morning with everything intact. I’ve always believed that there still is good, honest, people in this world. Be proud! Because I am.

Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff are great and always aim to please. The store is very small but always clean and orderly. The line can be lengthy but always moves quickly!

Always enjoy visiting this Cobbs Bakery in Kerrisdale to get the apricot log, cinnamon buns, fruit scones and multi-grain bread. Have never been disappointed with whatever is purchased. Found the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Bought two scones and the lady serving decided to shove two iced scones in one small box and basically ruined the whole scone. The icing stuck to the box and it was a complete mess. What a shame, the store doesn't even have fresh stuff most of the time, and then such ridiculous service to top it up.

Cute bread shop with a fun selection! Very bread heavy vs pastry (though there are sweets: scones, cinnamon rolls, blueberry danishes and savory rolls). Picked up a nice selection for the office to go (definitely not a stay and eat place). Check it out if you are in Kerrisdale!

Decent bakery. No bagels though.

Consistently great bread and bread products. (Variery of bread loads, Danish, cinnamon rolls, Buns etc etc). Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service, rude staff. Staff have no customers but ignore you until you request service. They then lie that they don't/can't put icing on their cinnamon buns for you and when questioned why other cobs do so the two female staff claim that their standards are different because they're independently owned!

Great bread with minimal fuss, sliced as you like it. Lots of tasty looking desserts to test your resistance.

Delicious breads. The Country Grain loaf and the Turkish bread are two of our favourites, but a lot of their breads are good.I find their dessert items fine but more beautiful than delicious. YMMV.With a half dozen stores across Vancouver, it's pretty convenient. The one on 41st Ave was just around the corner from us -- an easy walk.Parking is free in the neighborhood if you're willing to hung; otherwise, feed the meters on or near 41st.Bottom line: We've eaten TONs of good bread from here.
