With such a high rating, I was expecting some great flavours but it was very flat.I ordered a carbonara and an horchata. Unfortunately the protein in the carbonara tasted like it was frozen and not fresh and there wasn’t much flavour to the sauce and pasta. The horchata was definitely on the not-so sweet side, and felt a little watered down.Might give the place another shot but was hoping it would be better specially if it claims to be Italian-Mexican fusion.

good menu, good taste, but not enough, they give you the plate almost empty, little portion of food and they fill it with bread

Quick bite at this cute coffee shop. Had the torta de chilaquiles and enchiladas suizas. Flavours were legit and service was friendly and nice. The horchata latte was delish and highly recommend. Mostly self serve. Will have to go back and try the Italian menu.

Wonderful chilaquiles and great cafe de olla! The included bolillo is delicious and perfect for getting every last bit of the salsa.

I’d say the Torta de Chilaquiles is really good! I also tried the molletes but the bread wasn't as good as the cake, it was kind of dry but I enjoyed it anyways. The service was great, friendly and quick. The chilaquiles cake is delicious ?? As a Mexican I have to say that I liked the concept and the chilaquiles. The muffin bread felt dry but because it needed sauce and lemonI recommend it!

Nice, cozy place. Even though they call themselves as "Mexican restaurant", their pastas were really good!

Delicious dulce de leche latte and mocha, and we shared the apple tart which was soft and flavourful. Really cute interior design too! Friendly staff. We’re coming back for lunch for sure, the food looks amazing.

This is an interesting place with both Mexican and Italian food. The reg latte / cappuccino were okay but the horchata latte was fantastic!Like the tiramisu but the basic Mexican breakfast was okay. So overall, depends on what you order! Service at counter is very good but expectation is you clear your table after you are done.I would go back to try more dishes for sure.

Ordered the Chori-Papa eggs breakfast. Prepay and tip, yet I'm expected to clean my own table? I wish I had taken a photo of my "breakfast," but the 4 bites I was served were gone before I thought to. A half of a small bun and a smear of uncooked hashbrowns, eggs, and chorizo bits left plenty of real estate on the plate. I would be embarrassed to serve such a measly plate of food after accepting a tip..
I only started coming here after Brenda and Jimena, two Mexican sisters, took over. the place is very welcoming, and the pastries are great, and Brenda and Jimena are very kind and friendly. i haven't tried the pasta or breakfasts yet, but that is coming. When I come in here I feel like I'm in Mexico City, so the place is very authentic. Plus the washroom is very clean. They deserve to prosper.

Surprisingly one of the best lasagnas in vancouver. They actually put a balance of bachamel and bolognese sauce inside, it tasted like the ones i had in tuscany?

Food is very meh and doesn’t pack the flavor punch you’d expect. Ordered the torta de chilaquiles and didn’t finish. Ingredients used aren’t high quality and the bread was stale. Beans bland and sparse. Was happy to see lots of vegetarian options, clearly marked.

I loved this place, they are definitely the best green chilaquiles in Vancouver. The price is super cheap for those like me, who don't like to spend a lot hahahaha SUPER
