Very deceiving. The website and menu looked amazing, however upon our visit, we were given the worst service we have ever seen in the restaurant industry ever. The waitress was absolutely unprofessional, kitchen got my order wrong, advertised fresh avocado but clearly used store bought packaged avocado along with frozen potatoes for their eggs Benny’s…Waitress did not come to check in on us and see how our food was, she was moving people out of their seats so she could mop the floors when one of the other waiters almost slipped and fell because of the wet floor while working.Waitress loved to just talk to her coworkers, check her phone and look out the window when we were asking for our bill. We had to walk up to the front, (keep in mind this location is very small, hard to miss your customers trying to get your attention) to ask for our bill, and she said “sure”This is the first time we didn’t tip our server. For the owners reference, we went in on a Saturday at 5pm. Please fix these issues, I’m disappointed that we paid $18.90 for frozen bag of potatoes and store bought avocado.

Really interesting place and looks like they have a constant stream of customers. The vibe is great and the service was excellent, however, I wasn’t entirely sold on the food.I felt that going to a place called Craffles, I HAD to sample a menu item with said Craffle, so ordered the eggs benny and it was just ok. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my eggs poached, and they were more overdone than I prefer - almost hard poached with zero runny yolk. The craffle itself was very dense and heavy. Literally just a waffled croissant, so I guess that’s to be expected. The French toast my friends ordered looked absolutely divine, so I might give it another go to sample that, but otherwise I can’t say that the meal was worth the calories for me, unfortunately.

Beautiful little bistro style restaurant. It’s a small place that can probably seat about 15 comfortably, outdoor seating is also available. I went there for breakfast. And their selection is on point: just enough variety and specializing in Waffles. The experience was nice. The wait was on the longer side even though they seemed to be staffed appropriately. The staff is very proper and pleasant. Overall great experience. Perfect for dates or casual brunch meetup.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options available on menu

Such a cute place. Their shakes brought us here, and we loved them. The food is tasty as well. They're not taking reservations (it's first come first serve), and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes to get a table which is acceptable. The service is a little bit slow, especially when they have to bring the bill. But overall impression is 5 stars! We will definitely be back!
