The absolute worst costumer service and hospitality experience. One star is far too much for what we experienced from the “manager” at the front along side 5+ other staff. And I work in hospitality. Your staff give Hospitality in Vancouver an awful reputation.

Upon arrival at 4 pm, we were informed by the attendant with long, fake lashes, of a 30-minute wait. Opting not to wait, we left. However, we stumbled upon another entrance and entered effortlessly, finding the venue spacious and nearly empty. Despite having been here for over an hour, it remains largely empty. I'm perplexed as to why the initial wait time was exaggerated. Such practices seem unprofessional and, frankly, discourteous…..

We have gone to craft many times. The front staff (hostesses) are not great they lack customer service. Even the waitresses for the most part have been unwelcoming. But I've got to give it to Devin last night his service was so great it made us feel very welcomed and the food was really good this time. Also his coworker I believe her name was Tanya was such a good teammate she vouched for Devin and continued praising how much he cares for the people he serves. I will go back just to request these 2 serve us if they are available and the food was just so good after an intense hockey game. Go Canucks go!!

Craft, in Olympic Village, is the perfect spot for hanging out with friends. The atmosphere is lively, making every visit memorable. While the service is generally good, it can get busy on weekends. Still, don't miss out on their amazing nachos, perfect for sharing with a group of four. Despite the crowds, Craft remains my top choice for good food, great company, and a vibrant ambiance.

Great vibe and good food and beer! However on the way home I had to run off the bus early to find a toilet.
Very nice pub with dozens of beers to choose from and with very good, and well-sized, food portions.

In that case, you might want to convey your feedback in a constructive manner that encourages them to consider making improvements. Here's a suggestion for your Google review:I recently visited here and tried R&B Raven Creamy Ale, which was excellent. While the AC Burger was enjoyable with its tasty cheese and sauce, I believe that upgrading the bun could take it to the next level. Perhaps toasting the bun or opting for a higher-quality option could enhance the overall experience.

Showed up with a party of 10. Got asked to leave because they had a reservation and not enough staff to cover more guests. Then they added a 20% gratuity. If it's mandatory, it's called a surcharge.

Amazing beer selection, a good variety on the menu, my kale margarita pizza was great, the space is really nice and cozy, and great service. I would come here with my family for dinner or friends for drinks or to watch a hockey game. Only small knitpick is the music playing isn’t great and reminded me of the generic corporate stuff they required us to play every day. But maybe I’m the wrong target audience! We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic server who was so pleasant, happy and accommodating. I wish I remembered her name. I want to say Nicole maybe from Ontario, but could be wrong. Kudos to the staff for making the place extra special!
