Ah Dairy Queen. Definitely sure brings back memories. If fact back in my second year of high school, I use to use to work with dq and orange julius.I recently downloaded the app and got an offer for a $1 small blizzard. Lemme tell ya, the prices weren’t like they use to be that’s for sure.It was 2:30am in the morning and I had a hankering for ice cream. I didn’t know this location was open till 5am! So I went for a drive. I never tried the strawberry cheesecake blizzard before, ever. It’s definitely my new blizzard favourite now. Generous chunks of cheese cakes. Mixed with chunks of strawberries and syrup. Man… it really hit the spot. I’m usually a Oreo or chocolate guy but this one really impressed me. Thank you for the cool treat! I wish I took a better picture but it was so good I gobbled it up so quickly!As for service I mean… what do you expect. It’s graveyard. There were 2 guys hustling away stocking and cleaning. One guy at the cashier had a negative tone taking my order. He probably had a check list of duties going on from his boss. Or perhaps he has another job or problems at home. Second guy made the blizzard. I was wondering while he was making it if he was going to hand it to me upside down, like I always did when I was a teen. To my surprise he did, and with a smile. ?

Got a wrap at night and the chicken was so hard and I cut the crispy chichek open and I couldn’t even see the meet I had to throw out my food, definitely do not recommend getting food here at night unless it’s ice

VERY UNHYGIENIC PLACE , the guy literally came from outside and didn’t wash his hands and started preparing the order . The blizzard mixer had splashed ice-cream everywhere, and there was hair in my food . Someone needs to check how often this place is getting cleaned .

The location and lot size are great! The last of the old structures in Vancouver. Hope it stays!Parking: Location is fabulous! Always lots of parking.
Honestly worst service ever. Waited in line for about 15 minutes while being totally ignored by everyone working placed a Uber eats order while standing at the till, and went and sat in my car and waited for it as online orders were obviously a priority over anyone standing in line. If you go here order online and save yourself 30 + minutes of your time

Terrible service.The meal deal was $8 on the menu but the restaurant charged us $8.20 plus GST and PST, that came to a total of $8.80. We talked to the staff there and they were reluctant to help. They tried calling the manager about the incident but the manager was unwilling to do anything over the phone. The staff told us to go back the next day if we wanted to deal with the incident. We live very far away and we don't think it's worth it for us to go back. The staff hastily told us they wouldn't do anything about the incident unless we went back the other day. Poor attitude, terrible service.We called customer service to complain about the wrong charges and bad service. Hopefully the restaurant will take this incident seriously and make changes about their service.

We bought one $8 dollars meal deal last night in this store. However, the store charge us the price was $8.2（without taxes ）and plus taxes total charged us $8.8 . We also have the experience to buy the $8 meal deal in elsewhere e.g Richmond DQ, the store did only charge us $8 meal deal and not $8.2 for the meal deal. So unreasonable with the PST charge in the Kingsway shop. Thus, we tried to get the refund of the unreasonable amount, but the cashier said that the system is set like that and no refund can be done. The cashier helped us to call the Manager to solve our problem but the manager said that he was off duty and he would not manage our complaints at this moment. He stopped the conversation and we were helpless. The staff told us to come back to talk to the manager next day if we insist to have the money back. Oh my God, we are not living nearby and have to drive a long way to the Kingsway DQ. It's very obviously that there's a big mistake about the charge for $8 meal deal and why no one could help us to get the refund of the unreasonable price and why there's PST charge ? It's very ridiculous to ask us to drive a long way to come back next day for their mistake . Why the manager could neglect our complain ,not to help us? We love DQ ice cream but the Kingsway store made us scare of the unreasonable charges. We are very disappointed with their service especially the Manager.
