Slow service! Cold food! If you are coming to eat I would not recommend. If you are coming for a view then it's great. The service was horrible. Never checked in on me. I asked for my check and it took 15 minutes to bring it. The restaurant wasn't so busy that the server couldn't provide good service.

Scenic views and delicious food make De Dutch a standout dining destination. With a charming ambiance and impeccable service, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable experience. To go brunch place for me!

Went here for breakfast, but didn’t end up eating here because of the awful service. I am celiac, and this place had good reviews online for accommodating celiac. I told the server I was celiac, and she says she’ll get the gluten free menu. When we get it, there is a disclaimer that they do not recommend their food for celiac, or even moderate gluten sensitivity. This wasn’t too big of a deal, because most restaurants have a disclaimer even if they’re superb about mitigating cross contamination. When asking the server how their kitchen prevents cross contamination and accommodates gluten free, she gave conflicting information, and some of her answers to my questions were “I assume so.” She was reluctant to verify with the kitchen. She was snarky about it too, acting as if I shouldn’t be asking questions. De Dutch heavily advertises their gluten free pannekoeken, and does not mention the disclaimer on their gluten free menu on their website. They might be great at mitigating cross contamination but the server we had really left us unsure, and not comfortable eating here. We left, and went to OEB instead, where we had a great brunch.

First time I went there the brunch was delicious. I went there last week and the food was just OK, it was disappointing. Also the service was sluggish. I wish the food tasted the same as the last visit. I might consider other places.

By far, one of the worst culinary experiences I've ever had Took forever to get the food while sitting beside a table full of uncontrollable children while their parents and staff ignored everything. The food came cold and my pancake had cheese slices melted into it. Looks like the place is run by young adults without any supervisor on site... was a total waste of money!!

We went today March 12th around 11:30 . Even though they were terrible understaffed they gave us the best service, hopefully they get paid double as they are doing the job of 2 people or more. Everyone was nice . Service after we order was fast. I apologize my friend only left 15% tip. I will educate her better because the minimum should be 25% .

The service was really good ? Food was ok, and I found the bacon is a bit too salty. Good atmosphere with the view of the mountains. It is better to book in advance since this location is pretty busy, especially on the weekend.

It's open from 7am, so it's recommended for breakfast. The shop is located on the waterfront, and from the open windows you can see the mountains, the sea, and the airships taking off and landing. The interior of the store has a high ceiling and an open feel, and is decorated with orange accessories typical of the Netherlands. The staff are also friendly and kind.If there was anything I didn't understand about the menu, they answered me.All the meals were delicious. This is a recommended restaurant to eat breakfast while walking around the port in the morning.
